Terms of Sale

Payment methods

We accept your personal check, a money order, a bank wire transfer, and of course your VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards; we also have a PayPal account which can be used for non-discounted sales. All payments must be in US funds.Checks and money orders must be payable on US banks in US$ without transaction or processing fees. If you wish to make payment via wire transfer then please contact us for wiring instructions.

Layaways (available only for cash, money order or wire transfer payments)

We do not charge interest on layaways. A restocking fee of 10% of the layaway will apply and be subtracted from the refunded down payment amount. Layaways are generally for $300 and up; contact us if you wish to make a layaway purchase.


Our goal is to satisfy our customers. If you wish to return a purchase simply do so, “no questions asked”, within 7 days from your receipt of the merchandise. We will refund the purchase price of any returned items with the original S&H you paid upon the return of the merchandise in its original, undamaged, unaltered condition. Returns should be insured for your protection; items which were insured in the mailing to you must be insured on the return.

Late returns, beyond the original 7-day grace period (see Returns, above)

Except for Authenticity (see below) late returns will not be accepted without prior approval. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to such returns in the event we agree to accept them. We will refund the purchase price of any late returned items minus the restocking upon the return of the merchandise in its original, undamaged, unaltered condition. Late returns should be insured for your protection; items which were insured in the mailing to you must be insured on the return.


All purchases are believed to be genuine (the term “genuine” applies to catalogued or otherwise known contemporary counterfeits which will be declared as such in the item description). Any purchase found not to be “genuine” can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the determination by a reputable third party that the item is not genuine (this time period is quite arbitrary, but, we wish to recover the item as soon as practical and do not wish such an item to remain outstanding any longer than necessary).

We require a copy of the authentication report be included with the returned item and we reserve the right to get an evaluation of authenticity before making refunds; we will agree to a similar 30 day period for our authentication after which time we will refund the money if the authentication has not be completed.

In the event that the two assessments of authenticity disagree we reserve the right to either submit the findings to arbitration by an expert of the Professional Currency Dealers Association, or, to make full refund of original purchase price, at our discretion. Please, note, that this final measure is meant to insure a customer is making a good faith attempt to recover a perceived loss for a purchase believed to be bogus and not an attempt to simply return items after the stated “7 business days”.

Sales tax (applicable to Texas shipping addresses, only)

The State of Texas requires resellers to collect the state sales tax applicable to the seller’s location, not the mailing address. The only exceptions are for resellers who provide a valid Texas Resale Certificate to the seller. Therefore, sales tax is for Ennis, Texas, of 7.75% will be automatically added to invoices with Texas addresses. In some cases we will automatically add a discount to absorb sales tax to the final invoice, profit permitting.

Shipping and handling (S&H)

Your shipping and handling will be calculated automatically and added to your shopping cart as your purchases accumulate. Shopping cart totals are combined for a “cost based” S&H. Purchases totaling $1000 or more are shipped FREE. See below for details:

Most orders will be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail Parcel, Priority or Registered Mail with insurance. (Requests for upgrade in service can be arranged; contact us with your request to see if we can help). 

USPS Express Mail with insurance will be used for purchases of $1000 and up.

VAT (Taxes) and/or Customs Duties are the responsibility of the buyer (see S&H Note 4)

S&H Note 1: When FREE S&H has been provided for purchases totaling $1000 or more and items are returned which reduce the sales total to less than the $1000 then the original postage will be subtracted from refund based upon the above requirements for the lesser adjusted invoice.

S&H Note 2: International mailing of insured merchandise is only available via USPS Express Mail International. Insured costs are at the posted USPS rates for this service. Costs for each can be found by going to the USPS web site at We will pay for the cost of insurance for items mailed via USPS Express Mail International.

S&H Note 3: International insured limits vary by country and are based upon the final invoice amount; limits can be found by going to the USPS web site at In some cases purchases may need to be divided into separate mailings to meet the limits of your country’s insured value for incoming merchandise; in such cases you may be required to pay for the postage cost of additional shipments requiring insurance.

S&H Note 4: An international buyer is responsible for all customs and/or V.A.T. that may be applied in the buyer’s country. In the event a buyer refuses to claim or to pay for customs and/or V.A.T., then no refund will be made until the merchandise is returned to us in its original, undamaged, unaltered condition. We will adjust any refunds to compensate for damage or loss that is not covered by the USPS insurance and/or for any costs associated with the return (postage).
